Mt. Olive Public Library offers four meeting rooms available (by reservation only) for use by Mt. Olive residents and non-residents for either non-profit or for-profit events.

After confirmation that the room is available to use, please fill out and return a copy of our Meeting Room Application form to Maria Koskulics before your scheduled usage date.

Gathering Room: Holds 68 people with tables and chairs; 150 people standing
(Tables and chairs are available)
Conference Room: Holds 16 people with tables and chairs
Heritage Room: Holds 7 people with tables and chairs
Michael H. Cohen Career Room: Holds 8 people with tables and chairs.
(This room is not available for tutoring or private study)
AS PER THE FIRE CODE, MAXIMUM PERMITTED OCCUPANCY OF THESE ROOMS CANNOT BE EXCEEDED!
