Downloadable audiobooks are digital versions of
audiobooks that are available through the Internet.
OverDrive audiobooks can be played on any desktop or laptop computer
that runs Windows 98 SE, 2000, ME, XP, or Vista and supports Windows Media
Player version 9.0 and above.
You can also transfer your favorite titles to a wide range of portable devices
such as music players, media centers, Pocket PCs and even select smartphone
devices. Unfortunately, the iPod and Mac do not currently
support copyright-protected Microsoft Windows Media Audio (WMA) files.
However, some OverDrive titles may be burned to CD if the publisher permits.
These may then be transferred to an iPod using iTunes software.

account. If you don't know your PIN, visit the library and ask the staff to give
it to you. An e-mail address is required.
