The Mt. Olive Public Library owns a large collection of fiction and non-fiction books in the Adult, Children's and YA areas.
The adult new book collection is in the main area of the library on the shelves in front of the big window. The newest adult fiction and non-fiction books can be found here. Books from these shelves have a 14-day loan period.
There are new children's books are located on the shelves as you enter into the children's wing of the library. New YA books are located along the window at the rear of the YA area.
We also have a collection of large print books which are located in the Adult wing of the library.
The remainder of the adult, children's and YA fiction and non-fiction collections can be found in their respective areas and have a 21-day loan period.
The Mt. Olive Public Library subscribes to over 100 magazines and periodicals. We keep back issues from magazines for one year and newspapers are kept for 3 months. While current issues do not circulate, back issues of magazines may be checked-out for 21 days. The newspapers the Library subscribe to are:
