How to get a Library Card @ the Mt. Olive Public Library
Mt. Olive Residents: (valid for 3 years)
Any Mt. Olive resident 5 years of age or older and can write their own name are permitted to receive a library borrower's card. Children between the ages of 5 and 14 must have their application signed by a parent or legal guardian residing in Mt. Olive Township.
Netcong residents are welcomed back for another year with the MOPL.
All applications MUST be completed in the Library.
Proof of residency must be
established using one of the following:
* Valid NJ driver's license with a street address listed.
* Lease
* Property Deed
* Utility bill or other significant mailed item delivered via U.S.
Mail.
(PO Box Numbers will NOT be accepted
without a street address noted)
A Mt. Olive Public Library "resident" borrower's card is valid at any M.A.I.N. Inc. Library, and is subject to the rules and regulations of that library.
A Mt. Olive Public Library "resident" borrower's card is valid for three (3) years from date of issue.
