 HOMEBOUND DELIVERY OF BOOKS

A special service for individuals who want to use their public library
but are confined to the home.

What is homebound service?
Library books are personally delivered to your door.

Who is eligible for homebound delivery?
Any homebound individual over 18 who has, or is eligible for, a Mt. Olive Public Library Borrower's card.  We consider you homebound if you can't get to the library because of permanent or temporary disability.

How do you register for this service?

Contact the Mt. Olive Public Library during library hours for an application @973-691-8686.  We will be happy to mail one to you.

Pick one up at the library to share with a friend or neighbor.

If you have specific questions contact the Administrative Office Monday through Friday.

How does the service work?

Once you have registered for Homebound Services a member of the Library staff will visit you to set up a delivery schedule.
- You will be asked to share with us some information on what books you are most interested in reading.

Prior to each visit a Library Staff member will contact you by phone to confirm the time of visit.

At this time there is no charge for Homebound Delivery Service.
