Library Services for Netcong Residents

The Mount Olive Public Library offers library services to Netcong residents who become registered library borrowers. A registered library borrower will have access to library
services that shall include the use of all materials and services provided by the Mount Olive Public Library, including, but not limited to book reserves from MOPL and Morris County Library (“MCL”) only and inter-library loans from MCL only.

The borrowing of material from any other library in Morris County other than MCL is not provided. Access to the services provided by the Morris Automated Information Network (M.A.I.N.) such as reciprocal borrowing or demand management, except for MCL, is also not provided by the Mount Olive Public Library.

To Register for a Netcong Card
Netcong residents need to apply in person to the library and present a valid ID.

Acceptable forms of ID include:
Valid NJ Driver’s License
Property Deed
Utility bill
P.O. Box Numbers will not be accepted without a street address noted.

Applications from children, ages 5-14, must be signed by a parent or legal
guardian residing in Mt. Olive Township or Netcong.

All cards issued will be good for one year from the date of issue.

As a condition of obtaining a borrower's card, Netcong residents agree to
abide by the rules, regulations, procedures and policies of the Mount Olive
Public Library. Copies of the MOPL policies can be obtained upon request.
A borrower's card entitles the holder to the use of all materials and
services provided by the library including, but not limited to, book
reserves and inter-library loan at MOPL and MCL only.
